Michael Wilda

Founder & CEO, Vectera Systems LLC

Focus Defense Modernization & Security Engineering
Experience 20+ Years
Affiliation AFCEA Hampton Roads

Michael founded Vectera Systems on a simple conviction: that the hardest national-security modernization problems are solved at the seam where mission and technology meet, and that Vectera exists to operate fluently on both.

Over more than 20 years, he has driven modernization efforts across the Department of Defense and interagency partners, including USSOCOM, the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), Joint Special Operations Command, Army Special Operations Command, Joint Enabling Capabilities Command, and Army Intelligence and Security Command. His career spans the full breadth of the joint and special operations enterprise, where he has consistently delivered capability at the speed the mission demands.

He builds Vectera the same way: pairing deep operational fluency with disciplined engineering, and assembling teams that earn trust inside the most sensitive environments.
