Recognizing a critical gap in rapid, secure technology deployment at the tactical edge, he founded Vectera Systems to deliver agile, mission-ready solutions. His deep technical expertise spans Risk Management Framework (RMF) compliance, zero-trust architectures, and advanced network engineering. He holds an active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph, alongside industry-leading security and project management certifications. Based in Hampton Roads, Michael remains deeply committed to supporting the fleet and the broader SOF community.

Sunny K. Tuteja is the President and Chief Executive Officer for Assurit. He founded the company in 2013 to fill a need for a highly specialized, client focused and industry leading cybersecurity services and solutions firm. He has over a decade of experience working hand-in-hand with numerous commercial companies and government agencies to deliver cybersecurity solutions in all areas within the field.

Rob Wray, Rear Admiral, US Navy (ret), a mechanical Engineer from the Naval Academy, Admiral Wray spent seven years of active duty as a nuclear engineer on surface ships, carriers, and submarines. Transferring to the reserves, he enjoyed a varied 20-year career in business, in manufacturing, hospitality, technology, consulting, and construction. He has Masters from Georgetown University, is a licensed professional engineer, holds a patent, has written two books on leadership. His flag officer assignments include President, INSURV and Deputy Commander, Military Sealift Command.

Pat actively mentors the leadership team on strategic partnering and compliance scaling. He holds a Cisco Certified Internetworking Expert (CCIE) certification.
